Arrival Lifts was established in 2017 by brothers Paul and Joe Johnston. They took over an existing company that had already been in the industry for over twenty years. From there the pair set to work expanding the scope of the company and within three years moved into new office premises. This gave them space for their dedicated office team to work as well as storage space for spare components.
With teams of expert engineers in the field and colleagues supporting from the office, Arrival Lifts has grown to become one of the most highly-regarded independent lift companies in the south-east. Paul entered in the industry right after college and started in maintenance breakdowns. He learned quickly from the expertise of those around him and turned personal connections into rapid professional development. He made the shift to service manager and spent many years in the role before moving on to general operations.

Joe has lived and breathed the lift trade for his entire working life. He began his career as a service and breakdown engineer working on a huge variety of equipment and sites, building his knowledge and expertise. He gained an in-depth understanding of the different brands and machinery on offer and how best to handle each.
Now Joe works as the face in the field for many of the clients. He is a highly experienced technician with extensive knowledge on different lift installation, modification, and upgrading procedures. In particular he excels at thinking on his feet to develop a unique solution to bring further benefit to clients.
